The forward was substituted in the 87th minute of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Spurs after being brought on in the 58th minute for Noussair Mazraoui. Coach Ruben Amorim voiced worry after the game, resulting in Sesko's pull-out from the Slovenia national team.
